As a real-estate agent it is helpful to gain that extra exposure. With Craigslist ads it is a cost effective (free!) way to get a listing out there. Maybe you don’t want to promote a listing but just yourself as an agent. This is an example of a listing on craigslist that demonstrates a professional agent, with links back to the listing and/or website and can be customized per listing over and over again.
